iOS Debug Log: D741493415

WebDAV not working on iOS app.

Verify server gets stuck in an endless loop.

Tried to check log myself but it just shows up blank even though the dialogue box states 93 lines were written.
  • You're being rate limited by your WebDAV provider. Request to https://app.koofr.net/dav/Koofr/zotero/ fails with 429 and "Too many login retries". Perhaps you provided incorrect username/password?
  • thanks for the reply. I have checked several times to ensure the password is correct, created a new password and still no syncing. Just continues to check indefinitely.

    Still same thing "HTTP OPTIONS https://app.koofr.net/dav/koofr/zotero/ failed with 429". Can't help you much more than that. Make sure you're using it properly, using correct password and it should start working after some time.

    You can try opening the url https://app.koofr.net/dav/koofr/zotero/ in your browser and use the same credentials that you use in the iOS app to see whether they really are correct. But now you're rate limited so you need to wait a bit to be able to access it.
  • Many thanks for the info. I will keep checking and see what is going on with the storage provider. Just strange that it works seemlessly with both macOS and Android 15 (on tablet), just not iPhone iOS.
