Zotero EppiReviewer Integration

I'm are trying to use Push and Pull (P&P) feature between EppiReviewer and Zotero. But my Desktop Zotero is taking forever to sync just 755 references. That said, my Zotero web library is all updated with all the 755 references from the EppiReviewer feature, We are using this P&P feature to fetch full text PDFs but unfortunatley this can only be done in Zotero desktop not in web library. But Zotero desktop is taking forever to sync all the references (The sync either says "preparing to sync" last synced 20 hours ago or it says "stopping sync last synced 20 hours ago). Please advise how can I sync my Zotero desktop in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much

We can't help with EppiReviewer in any way, but if your question is just about Zotero syncing, please provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through 10 minutes of syncing, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option.
