Bug: Sync only syncs some folders, on one device
D1585541198
Works on other Mac OS devices and iOS Zotero, but on another Mac OS device there is a bug with pulling down changes from cloud. No error pops up but iOS and other devices continue to be able to sync while this one device syncs only most folders, but fails to pull down new changes from cloud for some folders. These may be the largest folder trees with the most layers of subfolders.

Renaming a collection doesn't affect the items within it. Collections are a property of items, so you can try making a change to the items in the collection on the other device (e.g., adding some temporary tag or adding them to a temporary collection).
On the problem device with the sync issue, this is the sync log right after making a change to a file name on the other device: D1706964898 which is not syncing with the problem device
And in case this is what you meant instead, here is the sync log from the working device after I make a second file name change to the same file: D1759369033
And then here is a sync log from the problem device after I make a third file name change on the same file on the working device:
D607036610
The file whose name I'm editing is a pdf:
https://www.zotero.org/abc123123/collections/KKZZ9M3J/items/GFW6GDKN/collection
https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/attachment_title_vs_filename
Those Debug IDs appear to show successful syncing of the attachment title, while the filename has remained unchanged.
If you think it's something else, we'd want to see screenshots from each device showing what you're referring to.
