storage update

I have updated my storage with a 2 GB plan for 20$, but still I see an error sign on the top right of my Zotero, alarming that: "You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.
See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options." what is wrong with that? will I miss my files?
  • Most likely you're syncing with a different account. Check the Sync pane of your Zotero settings to see the account you're actually using and then email storage@zotero.org, and we can transfer the subscription.
