Upgrade StorageBug - "Web Page" Item Type Missing from Most Menus

The final "item" type of "web page" is missing from the File > New Item menu, and the "new item" icon on the main GUI page.
The "web page" item type is however available by creating a new item of a different type, then selecting Item Type > "web page" on the Info Panel.
