Upgrade StorageHelp wanted- Word for Mac doesn't show Zotero Add-In (anymore)
Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Zotero for a while, and it used to work perfectly with Microsoft Word on my Mac. However, the Zotero toolbar and icon no longer appear in Word, even though the program is still installed. I’ve tried the following steps to resolve the issue, but none of them have worked:
Checked if the Zotero plugin is enabled in Word’s add-ins or extensions menu.
Restarted both Zotero and Word multiple times.
Reinstalled Zotero and made sure to download the latest version.
Ensured that both Word and macOS are fully updated.
Tried manually adding the Zotero plugin in Word using the plugin path from Zotero settings.
Despite these attempts, the Zotero icon and functionality are still missing in Word. Has anyone experienced this issue, or does anyone have other solutions I could try? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
