Request: numeric citation style with just author, date and DOI

Does anyone know of a citation style, or able to help me create one, in which papers are cited numerically and sequentially (ideally superscripts) and then listed at end with just the first author surname, date and the DOI? (since reader of an electronic version only really needs DOI to access an unknown paper, while the first author + date sufficient for a known paper!?). In other words, no title, journal, issue, nor other authors needed.

(In case not obvious, such a style would be very useful if one has a limited word count for which words in reference list count! :-)
