Group members cannot open attached pdf entered by another group member.

A Zotero group member, who uses a Mac, has downloaded Zotero and downloaded and enabled the Connector. After entering a new item into our shared reference library and attaching the related pdf, the entering group member is the only one that can open the pdf file. Although the title and other information are visible to other group members, they cannot open the pdf in Zotero. Can anyone explain this and offer a fix?

See Files Not Syncing. You're at your file storage quota, so no one in the group can upload additional files in order to make them accessible to other users. They would be receiving a warning about this next to the sync button on every sync from the computer where they added the files.
