Cannot expand sub-collections in New Collection from a right-click in the Collections Pane

The sub-collections do not expand when hovering over a parent collection, when adding a New Collection from a right-click in the Collections Pane:

A simple click in the Name field or in another window after a failed attempt solves the problem.

I do not see the problem when adding a New Collection from the File menu.

Same issue in New Collection... after clicking + in the Libraries and Collections section.

Z7 and Z7.1-beta.48

A simple click in the Name field or in another window after a failed attempt solves the problem.

Both work in Z7.1-beta; however, only clicking in the Name field can resolve the problem in Z7.
