Upgrade StorageHow to move entire Zotero app and its Library to portable hard drive?
I have read https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/exporting which states: "Import/export is not recommended for transferring entire Zotero libraries..." but oddly it does not suggest the recommended way to do this, at all.
My plan is to uninstall and reinstall the Zotero app directly onto my portable hard drive (PHD) and I want anything I save in the app to be stored on the PHD, along with all of my current files in the app.
My little computer simply can no longer handle all of those files, and my PHB has a LOT of free space (several TB worth), so much more than my computer ever had, even when it was brand new with nothing on it! I do not care if it's slow, when running off the PHD. Speed is NOT my priority here.
I need clear simple instructions on what to do. Can anyone please help me?
