I recently had a problem of the zotero app crashing and the word file gets stuck. i restarted it and the work i was doing was lost . how can i fix this problem?
By "crashing", do you mean that Zotero is actually closing or just that it's freezing?
If this is a large document on macOS, it's likely just slow, and you may need to wait longer. Make sure "Automatically update citations" is disabled in the plugin's Document Preferences window.
