Upgrade StorageHeinOnline not proxying
I'm having a recurring issue with HeinOnline and the Zotero Connector for Edge. My extension is set up to use my library's proxy for heinonline.org, but whenever I go to an article link on Hein it doesn't seem to use the proxy. I'm not having this problem with JSTOR or other databases. If I manually select "Reload via Proxy" it will work, but is there some Hein-specific reason why it wouldn't be doing this automatically with Hein? If I delete heinonline.org from the list of proxied sites in the extension options, it will prompt me again to use the proxy for Hein if I go to the proxied version of the site, but that still doesn't change anything.
