The "Change parent item..." icon (the 1st issue) has been added from Zotero 7.1-beta.42. The 2nd and 3rd issues remain.

Similarly, the New Collection... icon in the nested menu triggered by + in the Libraries and Collections section is also lacking. If necessary.

Thanks for testing. We missed a case when there is only one library in that menu - should be fixed in the next Beta. Also added an icon for "New Collection".
