Why is it frequently becoming unresponsive lately

2. I’m sorry—could this be an issue on my end? Today the Zotero desktop app has been repeatedly “Not Responding,” and it’s been extremely sluggish and laggy. I don’t know how else to describe it: my mouse moves, but within Zotero there’s absolutely no reaction. Other programs are running fine

3. I thought uninstalling and reinstalling would fix the issue, but the computer warned that I already had the 32-bit version installed, so I performed an overwrite installation of the 64-bit version
