Feature request for iPad. Pencil and finger interaction in highlighter mode

In the new EPUB reader, when highlighter mode is active, finger swipes are interpreted as highlighting gestures. This makes it impossible to turn pages with fingers while using Apple Pencil for highlighting. In order to swipe the page you have to turn off the highlighting mode and then turn it on again after swiping the page.

Request: enable a mode where finger input is used only for navigation (e.g., swiping pages), while Apple Pencil input is used for highlighting.
