"accessed" date unavailable for articles?

Hi there,

For an unknown reason, I can't get the information from <date variable="accessed"> when the doc type is an article. Otherwise, for any other doc type, the variable does work fine. Is this a known issue? Or is there something am I missing?

    I believe the "accessed" is only available when URL is available.
    This is by default only the case when an article (or chapter) has no page range _and_ it has a URL.
    You can toggle the first of these conditions in the styles tab of the zotero preferences - in that case you will get a URL and an accessed date for all articles with URLs.

    Ah! The pages range is the key to the enigma... I noticed after having posted that even the URL wasn't available... To construct my style, I use "dummy" references with all the fields filled out. I didn't consider the possibility that it would make some fields unavailable. But I do see why, and it makes total sense.
