Zotero online issues

I've just starting using web library. The documents from my desktop version are listed but I can't open any of them. Also, I don't know where to locate the synching preferences that are available. Will buying storage resolve these issues?

Yes, you're just at your file storage quota. Zotero would be showing you a warning about that in the toolbar on every sync on the computer where you've added files, and you can see this in your storage settings.
