2 authors same last name

In APA 7, 2 authors with the same last name should be cited with initials. It is not doing that in my document. It is citing both with just last names. How can I force it to use initials?

    That works in general and doesn't require any special action on your part. Could you first try clicking the "Refresh" button in the Zotero word processor add-on and if that doesn't help provide the two _bibliography_ entries of those items here (just copy&paste)?
