Cannot authorize Zotero Connector

Have been attempting to authorize the Zotero Connector, but I get the error message "Zotero Connector is not currently authorized to save items to zotero.org. You will be prompted for authorization if you try to save items while Zotero is not open." as per the image attached

What's the actual problem that you're experiencing? You don't need to do anything there.
