Upgrade StorageFiles not found after switching computers
"The attached file could not be found at the following path:"
Many of the PDF files are not found after I switched computers. I no longer have access to Computer A.
It also depends on the date added. See below. It stopped syncing around February 17th.

I exported my library every week. (file --> export library) Will re-importing one of these libraries help?
I now also added storage (2GB) as it was giving me issues. Can I restore the PDFs from before? Or are they gone forever?

You'd really want to sync from Computer A now that you have the storage space. If that's not an option, you could manually relink files from the export: when you get a file-not-found error, click Locate, search for the file within the exported files, and select that. Zotero will copy it into the correct folder in the new data directory.
An export isn't a backup, and you don't really want to just import from the export, for the reasons explained at the bottom of Transferring a Library.
