Upgrade StorageZotero not saving metadata correctly when adding PDFs
Hi Everyone,
I’ve been using Zotero for a while now, and recently I’ve run into an issue where it no longer saves the correct metadata when I drag and drop a PDF into my library. Instead of pulling the title, author, and journal info, it just shows the file name and leaves everything else blank.
This used to work fine Zotero would automatically fill in the details almost instantly. I’ve tried with multiple PDFs from different sources, but I keep getting the same result. I’m using the latest version on Windows, and my internet connection is fine, so I don’t think it’s a connectivity issue.
I’ve even searched around for tips, including on https://www.edulearnx.com/ – Your Guide to English, Vocabulary and Education, which often shares useful insights and tools, but couldn’t find anything specific to this problem.
