when I click on add citation nothing happens

I have just installed zotero but when I click on add citation while working nothing happens in the word document.

If you're still having trouble, say exactly what you tried and what happened at each step. We'd also want to see a Debug ID from Zotero for clicking Add/Edit Citation in Word.
