In any case, you need to say what the actual problem is that you're experiencing. What are you doing and what's happening? What does the error say? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need. But if you're referring to sync errors, you're getting HTTP 401 Unauthorized errors from your WebDAV provider. You'd have to ask them about that. That wouldn't have anything to do with moving files outside of Zotero, other than that if you tried to open a file that was missing Zotero would try to download the file.
