Zotero not saving from Firefox Correctly

Whenever I try to save to Zotero from Firefox (regardless of source), the panel looks like this. PDFs are not uploaded. and I get a separate prompt treating the article like a folder (where you select what you want saved). how do I fix this?

    Make sure you're not running an outdated version of the Zotero Connector. You should have 5.0.169.
