Add-on for Word problem

Hi all,
I bought a new MacBook Air 3 days ago but I cannot add Microsoft Word to Zotero. When I go to Cite and select 'Install Microsoft Add-in' nothing happens. Does it happen to someone else? Would you know how to solve this problem?

I've seen this problem twice in the last few weeks with clients.
Restart your computer, redownload Zotero and install it again. That automatically installed the Word Add-on automatically during install.
