Hello,

I tried to synch my zotero on my desktop computer but then after syncing it to my desktop computer, the one on my laptop no longer works. I attached what it says.

Please help. Thank you.

Same answer we gave you via email:

1) In general, see Files Not Syncing, linked from that dialog.

2) You're just at your file storage quota, as it suggests on that page. There would be a warning icon in the toolbar on every sync from a computer where you've added files that haven't been uploaded.

(And to be clear, syncing your desktop did not make files unavailable elsewhere. That would just be a file you added on your desktop that can't be transferred because you're at your quota.)
