Books not showing up in ios - added in macos, does show up in zotero web

hi,

so recently i added a couple of books that our college gave us for reading via macos zotero app.

they show up in collection on web but not in my ipad on zotero ios

and this is not the first time it has happened

i have tried logging out, logging in again etc. but no use.

You're saying the book items themselves don't show up on iOS, or their attachments can't be opened?

You've checked All Items, sorting by Title?

Can you provide the zotero.org URLs after selecting some of the items in the web library?

the item itself doesn't show up - and automatically the attachment either

this is not showing up in ios for example but does show up in mac and web library

never mind, its working now - apparently i have been using Zotero across 3 devices for now a year or so but without verifying my email id..........
