Syncing Files (1 remaining) - files appear not to be syncing.

Have had a look around the forums and have seen similar issues posted however I haven't been able to resolve the issue.

Whenever I attempt to sync Zotero it always stops on 1 file remaining and then won't sync again unless the program is restarted.

On top of this it is related to a Group Library and my colleagues have not been able to access files that have been uploaded. The owner of the Group Library has unlimited storage.

Any chance someone would be able to suggest a possible fix?

    What do you mean by this, exactly? That the sync icon keeps spinning? It does look like there is a file being uploaded to a group library that isn't finishing processing for some reason. [Edit: See below.]

    (Note that you're at your file storage quota for your personal library. If you're not going to add a storage plan, you should disable file syncing for My Library in the sync settings.)

    That's some sort of misunderstanding. If the files have been uploaded, by definition they're available everywhere. See Files Not Syncing in general for how to think about this (i.e., which devices are actually relevant and how to determine it).

    Oh, well, how long have you waited? The file being uploaded is an 820 MB video file. So it might just be taking a while to upload.

    Apologies that's poor use of language by me. What I meant is that I can access those PDF's however my colleagues can't (presumably because i'm accessing them locally). The "files not syncing" discussion seems very useful, I'm just wondering at this point, is it worth trying a "reset file sync history"?

    The other question I wanted to ask related to this is that my colleagues are unable to access some PDFs not connected with this large file, will this potentially be solved when the sync completes or is this another issue entirely?
