feature request: force sync

is there any way for users to check on sync status and force a sync?
all i can see currently is "last activity", which doesn't tell me if I should expect any progress in syncing files (see debug id).

if this would be possible at the web library end, I think it might provide some reassurance that sync problems are likely to be sorted out with some waiting (vs worrying that I'm doing something wrong/missing a setting/misidentifying a bug).

hope that makes sense?

    I'm not really sure what you mean here. The apps all sync automatically. You can trigger a manual sync either by clicking the sync button in the toolbar (desktop app) or pulling down on the items list (iOS/Android), but that's not necessary.

    Triggering a sync from the web library doesn't make any sense. The web library is just a view of the data currently stored on our servers, and the web library doesn't know what you've done locally on your computer.

    If you're not seeing data or files you expect in some location, see Changes Not Syncing or Files Not Syncing, and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble.
