Fails to download PDF on SEG Journals

[Split from Zotero Extension saves reference but not PDF]

I am having similar problem with SEG journals example https://library.seg.org/doi/full/10.1190/geo2023-0787.1
I tried going to article page and get this - fails to download PDF (I have a subscription and am signed in).

    1) Make sure you're running Zotero 7.0.16 or later.

    2) Reload the page and try again.

    3) If it still fails, provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save.
