Upgrade Storage7.0.16, CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) is unable to captur PDFs

Hello, after updating to version 7.0.16 on Windows (and 7.0.17 on Mac), CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) is unable to fetch PDFs. The Jasmine plugin can correctly identify entry information and detect the PDFs, but they remain grayed out and cannot be downloaded.
Only by downgrading to version 7.0.15 can normal PDF downloads from the CNKI website be restored.
