Android: Page scrubber appearing in full-screen mode when changing highlighter color

For me this is not the case (maybe a bug) if i'm in 'fullscreen mode' and have the highlighter selected and then change the color of the highlighter the scrubber appears and the toolbar stays hidden. I then have to deselect the highlighter, touch to disable 'full screen' touch to enable 'full screen' and reselect the highlighter. Also sometimes disabeling 'full screen' is not working for me
