Not able to save a paper from either of the browser

I am not able to save a paper from my browser (Google Scholar) using the latest updated Zotero connector to the latest updated Zotero app online.

I have tried everything. Nothing is working.

As we said via email, on Google Scholar it's likely just Google rate-limiting you:
