[Feature Request] Add tooltip and new function for the < > button

1. It seems to be a lack of tooltips for Scroll backwards or Scroll forwards
2. Could we consider adding a scroll to the start feature when double- or triple-clicking the < button? And scroll to the end for > button. Although it has not been implemented in Firefox, this function may be more convenient than clicking List all tabs and then selecting a specific tab, especially for numerous opened tabs.

    Note that Ctrl/Cmd-2 takes you to the first reader tab, and Ctrl/Cmd-9 takes you to the last one.

    We'll add tooltips.
