I am unable to export my library after just installing Zotero

Hello,

I have just installed Zotero and I am getting Error unable to export file when trying to export my zotero file. This is the very first time of me trying to install zotero. I have installed the latest version of Zotero Attanger and Betterr BibTex for Zotero. I am using a MacPro intel chip and the latest OS
