force a specific format on a term
Hi all,
I would like to have my author names displayed with font-variant="small-caps", but the "and" term being "normal". I've seen a discussion about having different font-variants for first and last name (http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/5864/%3FFocus%3D25482), which is somewhat related, but I have found nothing about this specific issue. I figured the best way to go was to write a macro to correct this after having generated the bibliography, but if anyone has a better solution, I'll be glad to hear (sorry, read) it.
Thanks

The new CSL allows for a lot more formatting of names, but I actually don't think for "and"

but maybe Frank or Rintze can chime in.
