Hello, I'm having trouble adding my bibliographic references in Word. When I click on "Add/Edit Citation" and type the name of the reference, the cursor keeps spinning and doesn't find my reference.

Can you provide a Debug ID for actually reproducing this? Yours just shows Zotero starting up.
