Disable selection of ToC entry
In the PDF viewer, when I click on a table of contents entry, then (1) the document moves to the selected entry and (2) the table of contents entry is selected so that pressing the arrow keys moves to the next section instead of scrolling the document.
I find this latter behavior (2) annoying because I never want to select a ToC entry, and often when I am reading I use the arrow keys and then it moves the ToC selection to the next section and I lose my place.
I would prefer if clicking on the ToC entry would just move the document and not select the entry.

dstillmanBeing able to navigate the table of contents with the keyboard after you click within it is a feature, not a bug — that's just the standard way a pane like that works, in PDF readers and most other software. If you want to move focus to the document, press Tab.
