Refreshing bibliography in word document not working

I recently realized that almost 50% of my journal abbreviation are not correctly transferred from zotero to my bibliography in Word. I already realized that I had the box "ignore zotero abbrevations and always use MEDLINE abbreviations" checked. So I changed that so that the correct Title abbreviation from Zotero can be transferred. In Order to update my bibliography I tried the button Zotero -> "refresh" multiple times in word but nothing happens. The old wrong abbreviation still remain. I already tried it for hours. Both systems are updated today.
I even tried it in a new different word document if I put in a source and add a bibliography it now works without any problem. I fear that I have to re-write my 60 page Document per hand if I don't find out why I cannot refresh my document. I'm thankful for every help!

Switch styles and back to the style you need. If that doesn't work, check if and why your citations are not active anymore.

It helped so that now the abbreviations are the correct ones. But now I have another new problem. Although the right citation style from my university is running the second line of the citation is indented after refreshing my bibliography. Is there a solution for the problem? I've already tried changing the citation style again and changing it back afterwards but the second line of the source stays indented. Is there a solution so that all lines are aligned without editing it manually? Thank you in advance!

Which style is that? -- I'd assume that's on purpose in the style. We can fix this if it's incorrect for a public style, but it's also just a couple of clicks to fix in Word once you're done writing.
