Upgrade StoragePlugin vs add-on
(Zotero 7.0.15 (64-bit) here.)
When one goes to the menu Tools → Plugins, clicks on the button and then chooses Install Plugin From File, the dialog box' title is “Select add-on to install”.
It would be better to be consistent here and use either “plugin” or “add-on”.
