Cannot sync my data on windows

Hey all,

When trying to sync my library on the Zotero app, I get the following error message:
"You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options.:

But when I check my storage information, I am only using 3% of the storage (I am paying for 2 GB).

I tried to sync several times and tried to reinstall the software.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?

    You're not syncing with the account you're posting from.

    Look at your sync settings to find out the account, and then email storage@zotero.org and ask for your storage subscription to be transferred.
