Hello, I've been using Zotero 7 and until now everything was fine, but I noticed the past few times I started working, the plug-in no longer appears on my taskbar and when I tried to download it again, it didn't work. The page is unresponsive although I pressed the Zotero Extension for Chrome window. What am I doing wrong?

    Not sure what you're referring to here. Do you mean the Zotero Connector in your browser?

    In general, if you're not seeing the Save to Zotero button in your browser, see No Toolbar Button. Beyond that, we'd need a longer description of what exactly you're trying and what's happening, as well as some screenshots of what you're looking at.
