Author name: first-name, last-name change

I have over 1000 references with first name, last name. I want to change all of them to last name in the bibliography and first name in the footnote. I've already changed the styles but nothing changes. How can I switch to last name all at once?

Not quite clear what you're actually done so far. How exactly are these entered in Zotero?

And how have you changed the style?

I have all entries of creator with one field. Just need to change all of them to two fields (last name, first name). But i have more than 1000 entries so is complicated to change each of them mannually.
