Make sure you can reproduce the problem in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins, as well as after restarting your computer.

If you're still having trouble, provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option.
