Unable to Directly Download APS Journal Articles

I have been encountering this issue for over two months: when using the Save to Zotero browser plugin, I am unable to directly download articles from journals of the American Physical Society (APS). The plugin only retrieves arXiv entries for these publications. Notably, downloading articles from Nature and Science works normally.

What browser? Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save?
