Word-Zotero plugin not formatting APA7

I've seen many posts about this same issue, it had never happened to me before.
I'm using the word processor and everything is ok, until I add the Bibliography. I need to use APA7, and intext the references are ok, but when I create de Bibliography the format is all messed up.
It is no using cursive in the book and journal titles, and not adding the DOI urls.

I've tried switching to another format, like Chicago, and it inserts the bibliography with no issues, just as the style should be. Then I go back to APA7 and it's wrong.
I've also tried editing/deleting the "Bibliography" style of word, but nothing changed.

Has anyone had the same issue? Any solutions? I find it really weird that the problem is just with APA7 :(

A screenshot of the bibliography would help -- it's unclear to me what the exact problem is.
Missing italics could be https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/italics_in_word_bibliographies

DOIs should definitely appear, in link form, but they wouldn't be hyperlinked.

Yeah, the italics is very likely the first link I posted because of the long title of the first reference. I'm not quite sure why the DOIs aren't showing, though. Are you sure these are in the DOI field in Zotero and not entered as a URL?

Ok so I've identified the problem being in one specific reference. If I deleted the citation, and then refresh the bibliography it works just fine, everything in format.
So I deleted the citation, and tried add it again (as a new one) in a different section of the document, and I even deleted the reference in Zotero and manually created again, and it is still happening.
It seems as if the problem is in the reference entry in Zotero, I've never had this issue before so I don't understand.

Ah perfect. I understand now, so it's a problem with the reference's title. Is there anyway of fixing it for real and no just using the workaround explained in the link you posted?
