I have a document open in Dropbox. The Zotero tab is across the top. How do I see a references list or bibliography?

Sorry, I don't understand any part of this question -- what type of document (one you're writing or one your reading?), what Dropbox has to do with it, which Zotero bar, and what bibliography you're hoping to see.
