Upgrade StorageSpell check in sidebar annotations box does not support selecting language

Q1: Are the dictionary services for the spell check function in the annotation the same as those in the note editor?
Q2: The English dictionary is installed by default, but I am unable to select it from the context menu in the sidebar annotation box.
In the sidebar,

Q3: And, how can I remove the installed dictionary?

If I uncheck all the other installed dictionaries except the default English dictionary, the OK button appears to be unclickable.
