Unable to upload local entry information to org

The library in org is empty, but the local client has a lot of information. If you turn on the sync button, it'll make the local client's info go empty instead of org having the local info. How do I fix this?

    Zotero syncs explicit deletions. If you simply added items locally and they hadn't yet been uploaded, they would be uploaded when you synced. But if you deleted items elsewhere and want to undo those deletions (e.g., after restoring from a backup), you'd need to use Replace Online Library.
