Unable to get to setting in Zotero.

I have looked at most Youtube videos for how to do Word integration. My Zotero does not show the three dots at the top--green, yellow, etc. I do not have a tool bar within Zotero that will let me get to settings for files.

The Word plugin is installed in Word by default. If you're not seeing it, see Zotero Toolbar Doesn't Appear and the platform-specific steps linked from there, and if you're still having trouble, let us know exactly what you tried, in your own words, and what happened at each step. If you're confused by something, share a screenshot of what you're looking at.
